| Presentation Management allows your delegates to preload presentations via the internet or at the speaker preview area and then be loaded onto a local sever and distributed to the meeting room at the time of the presentation. This technology frees the presenter from having to bring laptops and ensuring their presentation is ready to go when they arrive. It also allows us to know all of the room and presenters are ready and can constantly report on the status of presentations and even archive presentations for sale or distribution. Our custom solution has been used on some of the largest events in North America for many years and has proven to be a huge benefit on large conferences with many presentations in multiple rooms. |
