- February 20, 2006 - CCR Solutions, one of Canada's leading
audio visual staging and event firms, announced today its recent
acquisition of Toronto-based Rostrum International. The acquisition
provides CCR Solutions with increased market share for its corporate
events division to augment the company's already solid position
in both the corporate and association segments.
CCR Solutions president Bill Guest states, "The
Rostrum acquisition provides us with access to additional technology,
an experienced staff and a culture of excellent client service to
bolster our existing operation. Rostrum clients will benefit from
CCR Solutions' technologies and diversity of services, as we plan
to infuse our thinking, assets and leadership into events across

program that we offer in partnership with Aeroplan®."

The acquisition forms part of CCR Solutions' growth
strategy. Rostrum's operations manager, David Gaggi will support
the seamless transition of Rostrum clients to the CCR Solutions
roster during the phase-out stage of the Rostrum brand.
CCR Solutions has offices in Toronto and Montreal
and plans to move its head office later this year to accommodate
for its increased business.
