What if I rent and then need service ?
CCR SOLUTIONS's service department is open 24 hours a day / 7 days a week. If you rent from CCR SOLUTIONS, you can rest assured we'll be there when you need us. Testing is an important part of CCR SOLUTIONS's standard operating procedures, but every once and a while something may go wrong. Give us a call and we'll be there to fix the problem, or swap out the unit entirely. We strive for 100% customer satisfaction, and it's up to us to make sure it happens.

What are hours of operation for CCR Solutions ?
Our normal hours of operation are 8am - 6pm Monday through Friday, however if you have an emergency rental, just give us a call at 1-800-761-1119 and press 6. That will connect you with our duty manager who can assist you with your rental requirement.

Does CCR provide ISP Services ?
Yes. CCR SOLUTIONS can provide you with a temporary ISP or you can provide your own. Our PC's, MAC's, laptops, and PowerBooks, and all equipped to connect you and have you surfing in no time.
