Q - Why
is CCR offering Aeroplan Miles?
A - Simple - We've got great
clients. Although a sleeve of golf balls can be a nice 'thank-you
for your business', it's not always appropriate or commensurate.
But with Aeroplan, the gift is much more applicable and directly
proportional to our clients' investment with us. The bottom-line
is that our clients expect the very best from CCR and we selected
the very best reward program as our way of saying "thanks".
Q - I know that companies
like Visa, Amex, Esso and Future Shop are involved with Aeroplan,
but CCR Solutions isn't exactly a house-hold name! How did
CCR get involved with Aeroplan?
A - I
have been looking for a client "thank you" program
for years and never really gave much thought to having an
opportunity to work with Aeroplan. This past August, I was
walking the Floor at the IncentiveWorks show (formerly CMITS)
and came across an exhibitor. Elevate. Elevate had recently
secured the rights to use Aeroplan Miles as a loyalty tool
in the corporate market and
shared with me the value of offering this to our clients.
Aeroplan is just what I was looking for! (BTW - CCR is the
Official AV and IT supplier to both the conference and trade
show for IncentiveWorks)
Q - Is CCR offering Aeroplan
to reward existing customers or just to attract new business?
A - We're
primarily doing this to thank our existing clients, though
we certainly would like our new "Thank You" program to attract
the attention of new clients too.
Q - Do you expect me to switch
our AV Staging business to CCR just because you offer Aeroplan
Miles?
A - I
absolutely hope you switch over! But not because of Aeroplan.
CCR has incredible staff, great equipment, a great track record
and fair pricing. I would only expect a new client to move
their staging business to CCR if they felt we were offering
a better solution than their current supplier. We earn the
trust of new clients every day and we look forward to showing
you the benefits of partnership with CCR.
Q - Who at our organization
is rewarded the Aeroplan Miles?
A - This
was the most frequently asked (and contentious!) question,
and the answer is easy - it's up to you! Your company may
have a policy regarding supplier incentives, in which case
of course you'll follow it. However, CCR has done it's best
to ensure you have as much flexibility as possible - you can
split the Miles amongst a number of cards, donate the Miles
to a charity, decline them, use them for business (i.e., flying
in a keynote speaker), or you can award the Miles to someone
in the company, perhaps as a staff incentive or reward. The
choice is yours!
